Australia) is that the image the surgeon sees on the screen is two-dimensional, and it is easy to get lost and possibly injure the orbit, its contents, the optic nerve, or the intracranial cavity (the kneecap only in extreme cases). Therefore, his textbook differs from others in concentrating on the anatomy and surgical technique.
